Gong Mei White Tea (Lao Keng Zhong Varietal) 30g
Our most simple and traditionally processed tea. Plucked, withered in the sun and dried on bamboo mats. The flavour and aroma is delicate, reminiscent of apple and almonds. The tea is patient and forgiving, can be brewed many times, and even cooked up in a pot or brewed overnight, to be enjoyed the next day. A very special tea.
Oolong Tea (Taiwanese Qing Xin Varietal) 50g
Taiwanese qing xin trees, planted in nutrient rich, organic Yunnan soil at 2300m elevation. This is our most complex, sweet, fragrant and inviting tea. The summit of many tea drinkers’ experience is high mountain oolong. Our most premium quality and artisanal product.
Black Tea (Taiwanese Jin Xuan ‘Golden Lily’ Varietal) 50g
